2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign
The Digital Policy Office (DPO) collaborates with industry stakeholders to organise the 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign, with the theme of “Together, We Create a Safe Cyberworld”, to echo with the China Cybersecurity Week. By launching a series of activities such as exhibitions, games, seminars etc., and providing relevant learning resources to raise the cybersecurity awareness of the public, we aim to foster a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding about cybersecurity in the community, with a view to enhancing its level of cybersecurity. 
The 2024 China Cybersecurity Week will be held from 9 to 15 September 2024 at Nansha, Guangdong province, with the theme of "Safeguarding cybersecurity should be people-centred". Guangdong will join hands with Hong Kong to build the cornerstone of a secure cyberspace by organising a series of activities concurrently in Hong Kong and Guangdong during the week. The DPO also will lead a delegation to attend sharing forums at Nansha and set up a Hong Kong Pavilion, in order to explore opportunities for exchange and co-operation on cybersecurity.
